my head is so heavy that i couldn't focus on my work!!
i aim to do several tasks but till now, i haven finish any... so upset wif myself...

Yesterday, my bs taecher (sis yi lun) challenges us to take more initiative in cg, enrol into SOT nxt yr to learn more abt god's word and pray for a word for this season. i had the word last note when i was praying yesterday nite; "what u reap will be what u sow" i start analyzing this and finally understand y god give me this...

1. if i sow effort and time in my cg and ministry, i wil reap discipline souls
2. if i sow effort and time in my studies, i wil reap good results
3. of i sow effort and time in reaching out to my frenz, i wil reap renewed souls
4. if i sow effort and time in my cgm, i will reap gd relationship with them
5. if i sow effort and time in my frenz, i will reap gd relationship
6. if i sow time in fellowhipping with my cgl and sl, i will reap knowledge and imparation

this concludes......... i wil spend more time n effort with U!!

was having lunch with yi han n si jie in the afternoon after UNI- Y exco retret..
yi han shared with us several things abt himself.. something tat impact me a lot...
he said that studies is not everything in life.. he chose to complete his uni in 4.5 yrs cos he think there is better things to spend on in life..
ya!! tat's true!!
studies is not tat impt in life.. what if we get a high GPA by the time we graduate, it onli secure us with our first job.. a lot of things at work is abt learning on the spot; ther is a lot of nw things we hv to learn when we go out to work.. employers are looking for workers who can adapt and willing to learn..
ya.. tat's true!! tat's make me so guilty!!!

oh ya!!! yi han shared with the future exco of UNI -Y today...
he shared his vision he had for UNI-Y with us; to build strong relationship.. UNI Y is not an organisation tat serve community, we serve ppl too.. this includes all the mbrs in UNI-Y. he then suggested to give recognisation to the mbrs like OM,MM and EM. ( tat's wat our church is doing now!) he dun wan to leave any mbrs out in this organisation.. he wan them to give taht sense of belonging to UNI-Y. i totally agree.. if ppl dun feel recognise, they may leave and have a bad impressiuon of UNI-Y. he oso suggested to make T-shirts, name tag and etc...
i finally noe my job scope.. hmmmm.. i think there are a lot of things i need to learn fro my upper-study, alan. like contacting with the several ppl, YMCA,Doing attendance, creating a spreadsheet to kip track of the attendance and etc.... i wan to do it well.. cos i believe abt building life in ppl; serving god wholeheartedly and serving ppl fervently.. (usher ministry's vision) i think tat it is not enuf to serve actively in church and be so sluggish in the marketplace.. God see everything, ya?? to kick off, I'm meeting Alan this coming tues to ask him in details abt my work scope...
