A reflection of 2007:
Time flies.... It's coming to an end of 2007.. 2008 is just str ahead!!! This yr has been a fruitful yr for me; a lot of things happen; either pleasant or unpleasant...
Let share abt some gd things:
I think i'm one of the fastest- growing leader in the ministry, as well as, the church ba.. Rmb after i get into the ministry for half a yr, i was asked by gaius( my ex- TL) if i wan to be his helper.. At that time, i'm shocked.. half a ur onli leh!!! i din reply him; i jus told him i wil pray abt it... after another half a yr, i was asked by gaius again.. This time round, i sae "yes". The journey begins fro then.. after another half a yr helping out in the ministry, i was appointed to take over the whole team... i was shocked cos i nv expect that to happen.. i was so comfortable on wateva i had then... okies!!! i jus accpeted wat was alreadi planned for me...now, i'm abt 2.5 yrs in the ministry and i;m proud to sae that i'm still doing well and strong.. Yea!!!
I always like to go after the dreams and visions of my leaders; be it in CG, ministry and church. Currently, though i'm nt helping out much in the cg, i jus feel that i can flow with my leader. Sometimes, i noe wat's in her mind... To follow my leaders is always my desire. in the yr 2007, i did it!!!
I'm in SMU now!!!! Though i'm in IS now, it jus make 100% sense to me that y i'm in IS instead of Social Science, Econ, Acct and BIZ!!! Rmb there is a nite where god's presence is so strong in my room.. HE told me abt his paln for me!! seriously, i sort of dun believe it... But then, currently, things are doing according to his plan... wow!!!! Isn't this somethinmg to tx god for???? YES!!!!!
Though being a marketplace leader and ministry leader is tough, i noe everything is underr his plan.. so i'm nt afraid.. I'm looking forward to 2008; being a sucessful TL in the ministry who is abole to change the lives of my team mbrs, as well as, to be experienced in the technical skills. Moreover, i wld like to be a committed secretary and a gd helper to Yihan and Charlene, as well as, a gfd servant to the society/ community... In the coming yr, i wld like to continue shinning for Jesus in the area of my education.. His promise nv fail.. Yea!! i will hold on to wat he promised and continue to shine!!! ya!!! i'm always a bright litlle star shinning; giving light to the world, giving warm to the world... Amen!!!
* oh ya!!! to ans yihan's qn; why all the leaders seem so tired after christmas?
ting's pt of view: Cos we are really stretching ourselves to the max during this christmas. My brain cell seems to decrease significantly after 4 svc duty.. haha!!! and waking up early to report is veri tiring and tough ya.. But we r jus physically tired ; we r spiritually charged up. It is esp true when i'm communicating with HIM when i'm serving.. yep yep!!! Our physical strength will recover soon, ya???
* to correct myself: We hv hit 50k.. Yea!!! jus that i forgot to include other svcs like children, dialect, chinese svcs....
