Guess i'm too overwhelmed by my project and exam... Another mid term to go on this coming fri !!! Do pray for me ya??? After that, i will hv my second lab test. Oh man!!! Tat one really need prayer!!! I need God to perform a miracle for me!! I really dun wan to fail but go betta than my fist lab... yep yep!!!! AFter taht,i will have my DM lab 2, as well as, all my presentation for Biz comm, OOAD (explaining codes!!!), LTB...

2. I bought a new phone, Sony Ercisson K800i
3. I bought a new coast for presentation
4. I bought a lot of new clothes
5. I'm going to SOT
6. I'm in 80 sharing session grp where i really learn a lot about leadership
7. I finished my LTB CSP
8. I passed all my IS mid term
9. I scored well for my Statistics
10. I'm loved by my frenz , Cgm and family
11. Really enjoy myself with Han Loon, Jun hong and Kevin( the over- night chionging is worth while)
u must be thinking y i'm so blessed!! Tx god for that; tx god for such a wonderful parents. Though i'm nt born in a well- to be family, my parents nv fail to get wat eva thing i desired for... Noe y i'm so rebellious le... haha!!!

1. Level 1: Position leader; people follow because they HAVE to. Thus, one's influence will nt extend beyond lines of authority
2. Level 2: Relational, Permission leader; people follow because they want to
3. Level 3: Production leader; people follow because of what u hv done
4. Level 4: Personnel Development, Reproduction leader; people follow because of what you've done for them
5. Level 5: Person hood, Respectable leader; people follow because of who u r and what u represent.
